Accepting an invite

A network has invited you to join it on Agrista, either by email or through a share link. This walks through what to do from the moment the invite arrives until you are a full member.

1. Open your invite

From an email: the invite carries the network's own logo, headline, and colours, and an Accept invitation button. Clicking it takes you to the Agrista registration page.

From a share link: a link sent over WhatsApp, pasted into an email, or printed on a poster opens the network's invite page. Click Get started to reach the same registration page.

2. Complete registration

Registration is four steps:

1. Create account. Your full name, email, phone number, and a secure password.
2. Verify account. We email you a six-character confirmation code. It expires after 60 minutes, and you can request a new one.
3. Company details. Your company name, entity type, and optionally your registration and VAT numbers. This becomes your business profile, which is how networks and other businesses find and identify you.
4. Add location. Search your address to drop a pin, or find your farm on the map to claim its parcels. A location can include storage, utilities, infrastructure, livestock, and equipment. If you farm, search for it, click your land parcels on the map, then confirm to register the farm.

You then land on a success screen. There is no automatic redirect to your dashboard, so look for the button on this screen to continue.

3. Finish your membership

Depending on the network and the plan you joined, the success screen may ask for a few more things:

• Accept the network's membership terms. This applies whether you joined on a free or a paid plan.
• Provide network numbers, if the network asks for them.
• Complete payment, on paid plans only. The success screen shows a single button, Complete membership payment, and there is nothing else to click until payment is done.

4. You are a member

Once you have accepted the membership terms, and paid if you joined on a paid plan, you become a full member and appear on the network owner's dashboard.

You can see your own membership status under Network > Marketplace on your dashboard, where you can also manage or leave the membership.

If the network offers benefits, they are not applied automatically. Visit the network's benefits page and claim the ones you want.
